Advantages of Drinking Water in the Morning

It is not uncommon for people to reach for the coffee cup first thing in the morning to start their day. It has been a part of life for so many years and they probably couldn’t imagine doing anything else after waking up.

As mentioned earlier, the Japanese drink two glasses of water each morning after they wake up.
